Estoy realizando un codigo donde: imprima una cadena de caracteres dentro de un ciclo:
por ejemplo la salida en pantalla debe imprimir:

Estoy haciendo un ciclo anidado for pero no logro eliminar el primer caracter y asi sucesivamente:
