el motivo de mi mensaje es que tengo un error al cargar una pagina.. estoy haciendo un sistemas con un manejador de Contenidos y con base de datos Postgresql... todo esto en Xp... al momento de hacer la referencia a NPgsql.dll y cargar la pagina me sale el siguiente mensaje

probe con un opcion que me da en la propia pagina... que es el modificar [HKLMSoftwareMicrosoftFusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.. pero no funciona...
Npgsql.dll esta en el directorio bin del sitio....
si alguien podría ayudarme...
